When enabled, scanned photos are sent to Google Gemini Flash for code extraction.
This is dramatically more accurate than the local pipeline.

When enabled, every photo is sent to Gemini first. The local pipeline runs only if Gemini fails (network, quota, or API error).

Image data is sent to Google's servers when this is enabled. Make sure that's acceptable for your use case before turning it on.
